The reduced fees will only apply when early registration is accompanied by payment and received until 24th April. If your payment is not received before the deadline, the late registration fee will be automatically charged.
DOCUMENTATION
Congress attendees will be given a USB containing the invited lectures, papers, and posters to be presented at the meeting.

To formalise your registration, please e-mail a copy of the bank transfer receipt to the Qualicer Secretary’s Office: qualicer@qualicer.org.
Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
OFFICIAL LANGUAGES
The Congress official languages are English and Spanish. Simultaneous translation is provided
CANCELLATION
Prepaid registration fees are refundable, minus a 25% administration fee, if written notification of the cancellation is received before 1st June 2022. No refund can be made for cancellations notified after this date. However, delegate substitution can be made. All refunds will be made after the Congress.
